At Fa sogno, our ultimate desire is for you to be absolutely delighted with your curated pieces. Should your selection not perfectly meet your expectations, our dedicated team is here to assist with a seamless return process.
Return Window: You have 7 days from the official delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.
(For instance, if your parcel's tracking indicates delivery on the 10th, your request must be submitted no later than the 17th.)
Restocking Provision: Please be advised that a standard restocking fee of 10% (minimum $20 USD) per order will be deducted from your final refund to accommodate administrative processing and inventory handling.
Order Cancellations
We are only able to accommodate order cancellations prior to dispatch. If you require a cancellation, please reach out to our Client Services team at support@fasogno.com without delay.
Return Procedures
To optimize our global logistics, we operate facilities in both the United States and China. Your designated return destination will be dictated by your original delivery address.
🇺🇸 For United States Clients
- Access our Return Portal and select "Request Return."
- Indicate your reason for return. Our team will review your submission within 24 hours.
- Upon approval, you will receive an email detailing the next steps along with a pre-paid shipping label.
*Please note: The cost of this return label will be deducted from your final refund amount. - Lodge your package with USPS/UPS. We strongly advise requesting a physical receipt as proof of handover.
- Once in transit, please upload your return tracking number to the Return Portal.
🌍 For International Clients
- Access our Return Portal and select "Request Return."
- Our team will review your submission within 24 hours.
- Upon approval, you will receive an email containing the address for our China facility.
- Clients are responsible for securing their own return postage. We highly recommend utilizing a trusted courier that offers tracking and parcel insurance.
- Crucial: You must enclose your Full Name and Order Number inside the package to ensure we can accurately identify and process your return.
- Once dispatched, please forward your tracking number to our Client Services team at support@fasogno.com.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned merchandise must adhere to the following criteria:
- Dispatch Timeline: Approved returns must be shipped back to our facility within 7 days of authorization.
- Pristine Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags securely attached.

Final Sale Merchandise: The following categories are strictly non-returnable:
- Accessories
- Promotional or 'SALE' items
- Gift Cards
- Bespoke or Custom Orders
- Unacceptable Wear: We cannot process returns for items exhibiting visible signs of wear, including stains, cosmetic marks (makeup, self-tanner, deodorant), tears, or distinct odors.
Discrepancies & Transit Damage
Please inspect your pieces thoroughly upon arrival. If you discover a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item, please notify support@fasogno.com immediately.
- Quality Control Errors: If a return is necessitated by a flaw or an error on our part, Fa sogno will gladly assume responsibility for all return shipping costs and applicable taxes.
- Client Preference: Returns initiated due to sizing issues or a change of preference remain the financial responsibility of the client regarding return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Following the receipt and rigorous inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
- If authorized, your refund—less the standard restocking fee and any incurred shipping costs—will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution or credit card provider to process and post the transaction to your account.
