Our team carefully prepares and dispatches orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and recognized holidays). Purchases finalized on non-business days are queued for processing the following working day. Please anticipate minor delays of 24-48 hours during peak holiday seasons.

Fulfillment Origin: Our primary logistics hub is located in China. Upon your parcel's arrival in your destination country, the final leg of the delivery will be managed by your regional postal or courier service.

Following Your Parcel's Journey

International Taxes & Duties

Clients are solely responsible for any supplementary fees associated with international transit. Fa sogno does not cover and is not liable for customs charges, import duties, or local tariffs levied once the package reaches its destination country.

Reserved Items & Pre-Orders

We provide projected shipping dates for all pre-order merchandise, though these remain subject to change. Payment for pre-ordered items is captured at checkout. Should your cart contain both currently available items and pre-orders, we will hold the order and dispatch it as a single shipment once all pieces are in stock.

Package Security

We entrust your purchases to reliable couriers; however, transit anomalies occasionally occur. Please be advised that Fa sogno cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or stolen after the courier's tracking status updates to "Delivered" at your specified address.

If your tracking indicates a successful delivery but the parcel is missing, we ask that you liaise directly with your local postal authority to initiate a trace.

  • Transit Claims: Inquiries regarding packages lost in transit (prior to a "Delivered" scan) must be submitted to us within 21 days of the dispatch date.

Transit Damages

In the unlikely event your purchase sustains damage en route:

  1. Ensure the courier notes the damage on the delivery receipt prior to adding your signature.
  2. Photograph the compromised items alongside all original packaging materials.
  3. Retain the packaging, as couriers often require it for damage inspections.
  4. Report the incident to our Client Services team within 2 working days of arrival.

Should you require a modification or cancellation, please reach out to Client Services at support@fasogno.com immediately. We are unable to accept responsibility for unsuccessful deliveries stemming from inaccurate addresses or contact details submitted during checkout.
